Bioware finally reveals Dragon Age: The Veilguard and I’m not feeling it. I beaten Dragon Age Origins and Inquisitor. Played some Dragon Age 2 (never beaten it). The trailer’s vibe seems too cheery, happy and colorful more akin to the Dragon Age Netflix anime. I thought Dragon Age drew inspiration from Baldur’s Gate which is dark fantasy.
Anyhoo, the trailer shows us new characters presumably the Veilguard in Harding, Neve, Lucanis, Belara, Emmerich, Davrin and Tash. At this point, all I care about is how the game plays, mechanics etc. But yea, I didn’t like this trailer for Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Releasing this fall 2024 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
