I remember playing this through Xbox Series X Gamepass. For an Indie game The Gunk checks off all of the little ticker boxes for a good presentation.
Visuals, sound design and gameplay were really good from the little I played. You suck up resources with your machine arm using goo to solve puzzles etc. The Gunk was developed by Image & From Games and Thunderful Publishing. Initial release date December 16, 2021.
