Here you can view all of my The Diofield Chronicle gameplay videos in this gallery. The Diofield Chronicle is XCOM meets Final Fantasy to be blunt. Sounds good I know. From a gameplay tactical strategy standpoint The Diofield Chronicle doesn’t really do anything earth shattering or new.
I honestly wouldn’t say it’s better than any of the XCOM games. However, The Diofield Chronicles is a great tactical strategy game. It does have a better story than XCOM that’s for sure. Plus you can cast Bahumet down on multiple foes.
