Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn is a AA action-RPG akin to Souls-Like genre of video games minus the challenge and polish. If Flintlock does one thing better than ANY Souls-Like video game I played it’s the verticality within it’s maps. It’s sublime.
Combat and traversal was a jank filled experience, yet fun. Story is cookie cutter “hunt down and kill the Gods” fair. Enki was the most interesting character in the story. This game needed a larger budget but wasn’t terrible. It’s a solid gamepass title. Buy on a deep sale. Later – Jason
