Billie gets revenge on Daud’s betrayers by killing the Outsider. I remember enjoying Dishonored: Death of the Outsider. Billie Lurk had her own set of mystical assassin gameplay mechanics. Her own story and own maps to explore and kill in.
Death of The Outsider was a standalone game not a DLC just so we’re clear. It wasn’t as long as the main Dishonored games but close in content.
