Being a fan of Heavy Rain, Detroit, Beyond 2 Souls and Indigo Prophecy I became immediately interested in Under The Waves. Looks like you play as Stan a diver as he ponders life and his existence. The artstyle is beautiful and tone of dialogue is on point. Under The Waves might have that SOMA vibe it’s yet to be seen.
I hope it does I loved SOMA. The trailer shows Stan using an underwater aquatic vehicle, swimming and explore a destroyed oil rig. Deep exploration looks interesting as Stan meets or sees a aspiration as he explores an underwater street. Under The Waves looks good. I am sold! I love these kinds of change of pace games.
