Rise of the Ronin | 2022 Cinematic Trailer

Rise of the Ronin release date is March 22, 2024. It’s action adventure RPG developed by Team Ninja as a console exclusive for the Playstation 5 with a plan release date of 2024. Rise of the Ronin is being made by the team who brought us gamers Nioh (great game).

This game looks really good with an interesting premise. It takes place in Japan, 1863. You can clearly see how westerners (Americans) are trying to colonize Japan in the trailer below. You can see American flags in a colonized zone in a city and big black ships arrive.

You can also see the Ronin protagonist battle samurai and westerns alike. He rides a horse and has a glider for traversal making me think Rise of the Ronin will be an open world game to some extent. Ghost of Tsushima Ronin.

I really like the premise of the game’s setting “the past” or “the new” and how a lowly Ronin watches over everyone and everything. Rise of Ronin gameplay. Rise of Ronin Ghost of Tsushima gameplay makes little sense to me. Different video games.

Again, I’m thinking Rise of the Ronin could have in-game choices that matter to it’s story akin to Ghost of Tsushima. Either way, I can’t wait to see more of Rise of the Ronin. Ronin>Samurai. Just saying.
