You can view all of my gameplay videos of Prey 2017 in this video playlist. Prey 2017 was an underrated (in my opinion) science fiction first person shooter story driven campaign.
I mean, show me another FPS story campaign where you could mimic a cup to sneak into a locked office? I thought so. Prey had that subtle direct sci-fi vibe throughout it’s campaign.
I always had it in the back of my head while playing Prey “what’s going on?” in a positive way. Back when Prey 2017 was announced I was somewhat upset that the original Prey (the one where you played as a Indigenous Native American guy) was being scrapped for the 2017 game.
In the end, it was okay since Prey 2017 turned out to be a great game. Playing as Morgan Yu was refreshing and space station Talos I was a good setting. I had some space Bioshock vibes from Talo I. Enjoy the gameplay below – Jason
