That game was called Metroid for the Nintendo Entertainment system and the rest was history. Metroid is one of those series near and dear to my heart. I wasn’t let down by Metroid Dread. It’s a great game in it’s own right and deserved it’s GOTY awards. Metroid Dread was developed by Mercury Steam and published by Nintendo. Released on October 8, 2021 for the Nintendo Switch.
