So Leon S Kennedy’s next game is Samson: A Tyndalston Story developed by Liquid Swords is releasing this April 8th, 2026 exclusive to Steam and Epic Games Store (PC). I’m joking about the Leon S Kennedy thing people. Let’s continue shall we?
I’ve kept an eye on Samson: A Tyndalston Story via the dev’s youtube doc videos. What caught my eye is the gritty 1980’s New York city look which I thought was pretty cool. In the trailer below you can see versions of young and present day Samson with “Debt Hunts You” followed by some pretty cool looking vehicular combat which is a gameplay mechanic.
Samson looks good in it’s trailer (like most games) but I have no idea how fleshed out the world and or good the gameplay will be until I play it for myself. But yeah, it seems to have some of that Mafia 3 and Grand Theft Auto 4 mini-vibe DNA after viewing the doc videos and trailers. Here’s to hoping Samson: A Tyndalston Story turns out solid.
